I have been waiting for this store my whole life. Cookies as warm and friendly as the service!
Cookies are OK, prices are not. Cookies are just average tasting but initially seem better because they are warm. It's really hard to enjoy the cookie a la mode given that's it's a cookie with 2 tablespoon size scoops of ice cream for nearly $7.
After waiting an hour they call to say they call to cancelled my order and unapologetically told me to call their customer service to get a refund.
The delivery man won’t dab on them haters
I am only giving them one star because I cannot give them zero stars. I ordered a large party platter, and got a laughable box of 12 small cookies with a pint of ice cream which cost an unbelievable $37.01 including delivery. But wait, today when my husband reviewed the credit card statement, he found that they double charged me, although my receipt did not reflect this. I was incredibly disappointed in the quantity and quality, and when I called customer service, the woman merely stated, "This is what you ordered". All I can say is, "never again".
