As of late I have been pretty disappointed in the quality of service. During the summer with amount of bugs that are on my car I’m surprised that you don’t have a bug treatment that you pretreat the car with. I have been told that you don’t have any and the sprayer that they use when you request this is only a more concentrated soap solution. I have been to many others and it’s a automatic part of the wash with no request. (Also I shouldn’t have to request it)
The self wash bay is the best I've ever used. Separate tire/wheel and car body brushes are great. All types of cleaning agents and finishes help shine your car up. Only self wash that has a dryer in the area as well. Vacuums are affordable and do a good job. Plenty of space to work on your vehicle without being in someone's way. I haven't used the automatic car wash but I've heard great things about it.
Workers are usually nice, grounds are well kept but you definitely get treated differently based on the car you drive. The nicer the car you have, the more attention they give to cleaning your vehicle. Also machines tend to scratch up your vehicle from time to time but I'm almost positive they will not admit it happens. Good to have all you can wash package during the winter though.
I have been a member since day one when you opened in Vestal and have also seen a deep reduction in the drying process. My car use to be just about dry when I got done and now the car is pretty wet and I now need to take the time to dry it off. I’m seriously thinking of discontinuing my plan for both myself and my wife’s car.
I have the highest unlimited wash plan. Gave 4 status because I often have to dry my vehicle after and the back window almost never gets clean. Staff is friendly and courteous. Managing your account online would make things much easier as well.
