2 stocking associates were more than willing to help me. Leaving what they were doing to orientate me to the department I was looking for. Definitely will stop by my nxt time in town
I ordered online for pick-up in store to a family member. They had the purchase ready but wouldn't let my family pick it up. I sent a screen shot of the order and the order number. But the name was abbreviated in their system. So they still wouldn't release it. I called the store to finally reach a manager. An associate answered and when I asked for a manager, he said "What for?" I told him and he said ok, then put me on hold. After a long wait, someone picked up to say "hold on". Then I listened as they carried on conversations for awhile. Then they hung up. No one came back to the phone and no one was polite or professional. This Walmart has gone downhill for years.
A very good experience! Looks like a lot of reorganization going on. Seems like all for the better. Found everything I needed. At least 4 or 5 employees said hello, smiled and offered assistance if needed :)
I have given up today on this store, the shelves are always missing things I reach for, I have complained about this before and was told when the other walmart opened up, it would be better here, that never happened, now they have put us through this summer remodel, to where they have added registers where you scan yourself, in an effort to make us use them, they had like two regular registers open, so you wait.. so on top of the shelves being not stocked, now you HAVE to do this.. Its enough for me. Im going to have to go elsewhere and I have shopped at this store for years. its a shame.
Very disappointed in the store... seems to be going down hill the last several months.... Tried calling customer service (to locate missing bags from purchase) earlier today, and the operator put me through to Customer Service line 5 times; they never picked up. She finally made a store page request -- still no response. Unbelievable! They seem to be less about pleasing the customer and more about convenience of the store workers. Several workers standing around, but can't open registers, because they want to force customers to the Self Serve lines. So sad! Walmart used to be my weekly stop for groceries. Looking for another customer-friendly option.
