He has done 2 knee surgerys and haven't had no problems
worst surgeon in broome county,had muscle repair jan2017, still going to upstate medical after 5 surgeries to fix his mess, oh lost 10cm of bone too from bad screw anchors, know wonder the bills couldn't field a heath ly team loose to pats all the time
I would not recommend this dr or his physician assistant to anyone. I personally watched them both move a patients extremity beyond the point of extreme pain. Neither take the time to explain the injury or treatment options to the patient and family. Thank God we got a second opinion. Dr Gallagher's treatment made the injury worse. Beware of this quack
