This is hands down the best pool & spa store in all of the triple city, no where else can you find a friendlier staff that's more the compliant to help make sure you the customer feels welcomed and satisfied to make you happy. They've built my in ground pool and do a fantastic job with seasonal opening and closings. In all honesty I called frantically trying to get my hot tub in working order. Of course I call when it's freezing outside and a holiday week. Without hesitation Brian walked me through exactly what I needed to do. Because it was freezing cold I couldn't get the filter out. Brian stopped what he was doing and came right over to get the filter out of the hot tub. This is truly the best customer service I've ever had. It's very evident that he knows exactly what he's talking about and I recommend them very highly.
