Great selection but high prices, employees don't really help. You have to know what you want in order for them to help I've noticed, but great store.
Terrible and nonexistent staff... didn't want to give a haircut with 90 min before closing. Told 2 wks before someone could give a cut. I've never seen anyone here.. Never have products... just not pleasant people.
This girl SHANNON FUC$ED UP my hair cut so bad she should be FIRED! She cut it like in a MESSY- UGLY SHAG like cut and was TOLD SPECIFICALLY NOT TO do that. She OVER AND UP- CHARGED my bill and took advantage of me by OVER CHARGING FOR EVERTHING! By the time she was done FUC#ING UP my hair I didn't really have time to look at the bill until I got up to the register to pay because I was SO UPSET and it was $200!!! I was IN TEARS and just WANTED TO LEAVE. I can't believe she did this. She was too busy FLIRTING with a MALE HAIR DRESSER working there that she SNAPPED off all my hair PULLING the BRUSH CARELESSLY TOO HARD while BLOW DRYING and straightening my hair(WAY TOO MUCH HEAT for my fine hair). NOW there are PIECES that ARE 1 INCH LONG STICKING UP ALL OVER MY HEAD FROM SHANNON RIPPING IT OUT! DON'T GO TO THIS SALON! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! Definitely DON'T SEE SHANNON if you do go and get RIPPED OFF by these UNPROFESSIONAL- FAKE- PRETENT- WANNA- BE "hair dressers".
They have the brands I like. I do notice a lot of the workers there are teeny boppers and act snobby so I don't bother asking for their help. I would suggest getting knowledgeable staff or send them to a training program so they learn about the lines you carry. Each staff member should be knowledgeable about your products so they can answer questions and they need to leave their personal life for the break room or outside work.
I love it here. There's always someone who asks if I need help. They have recommend me lip liners to hair products. I was not disappointed.
