Just called to change my auto-payment date and the guy that answered the phone was very rude. He didn't speak to me kindly at all. I asked him a few questions about changing my payment date and he said he'd try but didn't have an answer as to if he could or not. I also asked for a new insurance card and replied rudely inquiring if I had lost it. Called for help and ended the call not knowing whether I would get a new insurance card OR if my payment date would be changed. NO HELP AT ALL.
