I wouldn’t go anywhere else for jewelry. We got my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding bands from Van Cott and their attention to detail and customer service is second to none. They have the best selection and the highest quality.
Also, anytime we need a watch battery changed or anything fixed, they usually do it for free. We are so grateful for Van Cott.
They had a huge selection of Rolex watches which i came for.As i had not yet seen the model i wanted in person,i really wanted to and was able to see and try it on.

When I called back a day or two later to make the purchase, the entire process was very smooth and cordial. Very little of the awkwardness typically present during negotiations. The experience of being fitted for the watch in-store and going through the paperwork etc was excellent, and I think just about everyone in the store came over to make small talk while links were being removed, etc. Just a great experience overall. Highly recommend.

I visited to check out a few Rolex watches. Joseph was an excellent associate, very courteous and didn't mind that I wanted to take my time trying on multiple pieces and that I am very circumspect in my decision making. I never felt pressured to buy, although Joseph made a few recommendations for what looked best on my wrist or what suited different occasions. There was almost none of the typical "we just had a gentleman in yesterday looking at this watch, if you leave you will miss it" tactics of sales.
I called there several times to see if they had a particular Rolex watch.To my surprise they did,as I had called several other places and they did not have it.
I finally decided last saturday to take a drive up there,about 1 hour 15 minutes from my house.
This was my first Rolex purchase and i was quite iffy on what to expect.i had gotten there way too early,and after seeing an empty window decided to go for coffee and a snack.
Still got back to the store early and was pleasantly surprised when it opened right on time!
I was greeted with a big smile and a little joke and felt welcome.
So excited to add a second wedding band to my already beautiful Vancott set. The ladies in the mall location are so helpful and Abby always goes above and beyond!!! Always our first and only stop for beautiful high quality jewelry.
Phenomenal experience. Upon entering the store an associate immediately takes note of your presence and asks if there is anything in particular you are interested in specifically, before leaving you to your own devices to browse the store. In my opinion, exactly how it should be.
They seemed genuinely happy for me and i have no regrets on the drive.
