This establishment in Vestal, NY has earned a customer. I've visited Olive Garden in other cities, and left with a lack luster experience when it came to cuisine. Herbs! Flavor! Texture! Presentation! Atmosphere! It was all here, we'll be back.
Good Italian food for a chain restaurant. Not inexpensive. All you can eat soup and salad lunch is the best value on the menu. Does offer wine as well as a full bar selection.
Mediocre lunch with poor inattentive service and shockingly dirty utensils and plates with caked in food pieces stuck on forks. Food looked old and not tasty. Had to wait 10 minutes to flag down waiter and another 10 to get clean forks. I didn't eat soup because spoon was dirty too and couldn't afford to wait another 10 minutes. Amazingly bad.
Very nice service there I order a steak it was over done but they remade it. I wanted sweet tea they said all they had was unsweetened but the went out of his way to get me a sweet tea. I can say that if your looking for good food and respectful service you have to go there.
For one it's Olive Garden..how much different is it going to really be from any other. The wait staff was friendly and the service was above average. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is easy to find. The meal I had today was over done but it's usually cooked correctly. Reasonable selection of Italian food. Clean and accommodating.
