Terrible experience and customer service. Never received a confirming e-mail. When the delivery day arrived and no box showed up by 5:00, I called the local Vestal, NY, store and was told my contract for a U-Box was cancelled because their agent reversed the digits of my phone number. This was unknown to me since I was never called about it. The local store blew me off and told me to call Albany, NY because they couldn't arrange it. Fed up, I called back to cancel.... I was sent to a call center where they couldn't provide a cancellation number.

Had no issues picking up or using the equipment. Dropping the equipment off was confusing. The handout packet they gave me with the equipment said to use Uhaul's website to return the equipment, which required taking many pictures and posting them to their website. However the sign at the location just said to drop off the keys
Very helpful and friendly. Rented a small 5x8 trailer, they hooked it up and tested it all. Quick and easy!
