Awesome experience with Joe the owner. I brought my mom's car there to get it cleaned and the team did an excellent job on the vehicle. Zero complaints with how it all turned out. They actually finished it a lot sooner then promised too.

Awful experience and very unprofessional. Had appointment on Saturday, even though I said I would prefer to have it during the week so i could drop my car off during the day while i was at work. Appointment was at noon. They were a half an hour late looking like they just rolled out of bed and then ended up telling me they couldn't do the job. They would need the car the whole day. (This was the manager who said he would prefer me to some in at noon on Saturday) I explained when I called my car needed a good cleaning. I have had it for 3 years and have three young children. Advised if I did it on a Saturday I would need to bring my children and wait in waiting room for the 4 hours, and I lived 45 minutes away. He then offered, "Well we could do a quick job on it, but could not guarantee anything." I ask what would be the price and he quoted that same price for a crappy job. Just said he was sorry and walked away. Didn't offer to set up a new appointment or anything.
I take my car here a few times a year and what a treat! They do an awesome job!!!! My car comes out looking brand new. I've gotten a few gift certificates for holidays and birthday, everyone loves them. Its so much better then the same old gift card to the same places.
My car always comes out like brand new! The staff are friendly and professional. Congratulations on being voted the best detail shop in the area. It is well deserved!
