Great experience here nearly every time. Had a self serve kiosk open till midnight on Christmas eve...getting packages places on Christmas day.

Showed up a couple minutes late to do passport stuff, they shrugged it off and did it anyway. Usually this post office is the one that's open the latest.
Awful experience here, extremely rude and have no manners. The lady at the front desk (Whinney) acted as if we weren't American and was happy that we had to leave. Only two people at the front desk were working and the wait is about 35 mins to an hour. The ladies seem as if they hate their job.
Good people live here you should not abuse them
Mail-people who deliver to house are great. The manager and some workers at the Vestal office are nasty. I sent an emergency letter with a $5000 check priority mail to Palm Springs, Ca. Letter got stuck on a "loop" in Rochester, took 3 weeks to get to Palm Springs. Vestal manager accused me of being responsible, because I only used priority mail.
These folks must me out of there minds,call this facility rep because we have not been receiving our mail, he stated that due to snow there carrier was not safe to go from house to house because the houses are on a busy street.let me remind this nimrod that there worker have to cross the street regardless snow or no snow,then he stated that we can pick our mail in the post office,what kind of bullshit is this ,when was someone going to tell us this no notice no nothing,my next door neighbor is elderly and he needs his social security check.
