After trying repeatedly to contact her via phone and email, she eventually returned my email only to state that she was unable to make my reservation and was "so sorry, I had a family emergency". Needless to say, we were now left basically homeless in a foreign country.
Tracy got us out of a bind when we tried to do a discounted vacation through one of those phone sales calls. We have traveled before using them. The last time I planned to travel to Mexico with my husband, we made our reservations and ran into one glitch after another. Tracy was able to complete my airline reservations without any conflicts. Once we got to Mexico and stayed at the first location, we contacted the company that sold us the "discount package" to confirm our reservations that we had made for when our first week was up. We planned to extend our travel by using the additional days with only having to attend a presentation as the agreement stated.
Called a week ago and got a recording to leave my name, number and time I Called. Still waiting..
Being that Tracy has always scheduled our vacations, her number was fortunately in my phone. I called her and within 1/2 an hour she had our reservations confirmed at a different hotel including private transfer from one resort to another. I was then able to breath and enjoy the rest of our stay. We learned the hard way (and the expensive way) that we will not be traveling on the cheap but will call her before we even start considering our next vacation.
