I always come in with fish questions and most of the employees that I've interacted with seem genuinely happy to answer questions and give advice. They have passion and it shows.
The selection is decent, even though the prices can be a bit high. The staff is always polite and helpful. This store also assists local shelters with adoptions.
Customer service wasn't the best. I had to ask 3 different people for a specific item and I got 3 different answers as to where the item was. Noone seemed to want to help me until I started complaining. I was not happy with my experience shopping at this petsmart at all.
I LOVE that they support animal adoption! They have cats and even rabbits, gerbils and hamsters up for adoption from local rescues.
Some stuff can be overpriced but they have pretty good sales too

Great customer service. Was there to get dog food and hamster food. While looking at the snakes with my son, one of the employees took one out to hold it. He loves snakes.
