I came here with my parents so we can rent a car for a day and drop it at the airport in Elmira. They charged us $100.98 for just a standard car and then charged an additional $45 so we can drop it at the airport. Zero attempts to make us feel welcome and zero attempts to make a better deal. We denied the service and move on to a better place. Just overall awful experience...
