Once I received the car (10 days into November) the car wasn't even inspected as stated that it was.

Husband hit a deer after owning our Subaru for about 1 month. We still don't have it back after 60+ days. The most incompetent service staff I've ever dealt with. Not only is this taking an unprecedented amount of time for repairs, they billed our insurance incorrectly and had the audacity to request my wife, who works out of town, come down and sign the check for work that hadn't been done. And no, not initially, they requested the signature 30+ days after having the car so "we can get started on repairs." Really?? Furthermore, don't bother calling for an update on progress... none of the staff communicate. Even in larger repair businesses, it's extremely uncommon for a vehicle to be in a repair shop greater than 2 months. I recommend you go elsewhere. I wouldn't send a pair of holey underwear to be used as a rag to this business.

After getting my car several interior plastic pieces were not re installed which I did myself, and the one piece out of four, which was installed, was installed wrong and was jammed and I can't get it out.

Paper work was never processed and communication between employees is god awful no one knew anything.

Had my car for 4 weeks which they didn't tell me from the start how long it would take but said they would inform me throughout the process.

Great experience. The customer service was top notch. They made sure I was kept up to date as the repairs went on. Went above and beyond to make sure my care was in perfect condition when I got it back. I wouldn't trust anyone else to repair and paint my WRX and make sure everything is in perfect working order. I cant thank the Mathews Collision center team enough for their hard work and caring. Best painters, body work and installers around.

First and LAST time for me never again.

After someone backed into my car and took off Matthew's body shop did a great job of making my one-year-old car look new again. They even detailed the inside and made it smell like a new car again! Would recommend…

Excellent job restoring the front end of a 2010 Buick Enclave after a collision. They completed the work earlier than estimated. Seamless coordination with Enterprise rental as well. Very pleased.
