Great new Crossfit gym! I checked out a couple of gyms and ended up here. Greg the owner really cares about your progress, and is a stickler for good form so that you avoid injuries. have seen amazing results.
Best gym in the area, by far.
Greg is the man, he builds custom plans geared towards your goals (or in my case past injuries) highly recommend!
