Stopped in for a late night snack. The waitress was on time when refills were needed. And for the late night snack, I ordered an appetizer and did not leave hungry. Plenty of food on my plate. A good IHOP to visit!
Good experience. Not bad, but not great either.
All of the breakfast cafes are closed on Sundays in the downtown Binghamton area. Dennys and IHOP get overrun by hungry breakfast-goers. On Sundays, expect long wait times to be seated, and mediocre service.
We got in late on our way to Upstate and were tired and hungry. IHOP was across the street from our hotel and still open. We had no wait. The service was excellent and the food was great. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
Food was standard IHOP fare... Pretty decent breakfast food. Server was slow, nothing special. No bottled water, so if you want water, it's out of the tap.
