Bought a jeep from here and only had it a year before the transmission completely crapped out on me, so I traded it in towards another vehicle (a truck) from here. Things that Bob said he would fix when I purchased the vehicle never got fixed, he told me he would give me a spare tire since the truck didn't have one, and I never got one. All of my phone calls and messages went unanswered, and when I went to the dealership to complain, he was rude. The truck was giving me problems after only a couple of months, and of course since it was past 30 days Bob wanted nothing to do with it (he couldnt even fix the prior problems that he was well aware of within the 30 days of me having it) ...after only 10 months, i had to trade the truck from this dealership into matthews because the gas tank completely rotted, and several other things were wrong with it and I didn't want to keep putting money into it. Complete waste of hard earned money, unfortunately...
I ve bought many vehicles from here, as do all my family. I HIGHLY recommend this place, very nice, very helpfull and they have EXCELENT SERVICE. AND THEY HONOR WARRENTIES! No questions asked. This by far is one of the best places to get a used vehicle. Stop here first you will be glad you did.
I told the guy Rob that I'd be there before 5 on a Saturday because he told me that was when he was open till. I get there at 4:10 and he wasn't there. I talked to him earlier in the week about how I live in Ithaca and work in Owego so I know he knew how far I was coming from an hour away. Thanks a lot Rob! I'll never do business with you or recommend you to anyone. I should have judged better by your Google reviews. Here's another bad review for ya Rob! Great business practices.
Went to them explained my credit issue, they assured me they could help. A month later still no call back and I've called them several times.
