While shopping with my daughter in law for a used car we visited planet preowned where we found a vehicle she was very interested in when she spoke with her salesman to test drive it she was informed that the wrong price was on the car. a 9000 difference. My problem is that we took pictures of the car price and all with price listed when going on line to look at it the price was listed at the higher price with pictures of the correct price on it this picture was put on the internet before we looked at the car yet when we went to look at it the wrong price was on it and up until an hr ago still had the wrong price the pictures were supplied to our dealer but we have been told there is not much we can do about it. In the past month my husband and I have purchased 2 new vehicles at matthews and were very pleased but now Im not so sure we will return for anymore if this is a standard practice. Liars and decievers. Don't go there if you have a trade, other loan, or just want to buy a car. Flashy gimmicks and "low" prices are just a game to draw you in. Once in their snakey graps they screw you over just for profit. Go someplace else if you value your credit and wallet.
Seriously, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Didn't have to argue about the price, low interest rate, (and my credit isn't the best) no pressure to buy, and Rob was such a nice guy in general. Definitely going to come back here next time we buy a car.
Steve and the staff at VW service are amazing. So helpful and pleasant to work with. They go above and beyond. My husband and I both have had opportunities to interact with the service department and I can say nothing but positive things about them. I spend time in NY and NJ can tell you I will choose to get my serviced with Matthews over here in NJ.
