I was very impressed by my experience at Matthews! Our salesperson, Dillon, was fantastic even though we walked in 20 minutes before closing to check out a car. When I test drove my Kia, it had only 10 miles on it! Throughout the buying process, Dillon was great, and the manager talked to us several times which was very reassuring. I'm very excited with the car I chose- it's my first car, and it's affordable. The financing agreement was reasonable, and the car handles great! It's cute, it has amazing features, and all the miles on it are ones I've put on it. Some other dealerships I looked at made false promises or were trying to sell a car with lies. Not here. What they said was what I got. Very honest, unlike many other places here. Great service at Matthews Kia.

I visited there today to buy a part and I think that the guy in the parks department was very rude told me I wasted his time even after I told him I might be back to buy a Kia so I won't buy it from Matthew's that's for sure
