Worst experience ever. Employees are lying scam artists, especially Jan and Mike Schultz. Car hasn't worked for a year now and they refuse to do anything about it, don't return our calls, and then pretend they have no idea what we're talking about when we actually get ahold of someone. Car is under warranties and they refuse to even tow it, it's been stuck in a grocery store parking lot for over a week now, and before that was basically a really expensive lawn ornament for a year. Do not trust these people, they just want your money and then they ignore you. I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
They always fix my vehicles without issue. Love the guy I normally go through but there are a couple people that work here that I won't deal with because of their attitude and unprofessional comments that were made to me. Trying to find someone to work on Volvos in this area is hard to come by. So grin and bare it.
Mike and Dallas were a pleasure to work with and I've since been back to have the car serviced several times. The entire staff at Serafini is excellent, from Sales, Finance, and Service. I needed to find a used vehicle quickly as my son's car was destroyed by a 20+ something guy on a motorcycle who wanted to see how fast the bike could accelerate (into oncoming traffic, into my son - HINT: It stopped even faster than it accelerated when it slammed into my son's front bumper). The good news is that I was able to work with Mike and Dallas to find a low-mileage certified-preowned Nissan Altima on the lot, clean, and affordably priced. I gave my son my prior vehicle, and I got a much nicer ride in the exchange.
I recently visited Serafini with an air leak in my tire possibly from a nail, little did I know I needed new tires and the wear cords on my tires were showing.
